What can I expect from my sessions?

The first session allows us to design a program tailored your needs and includes the following components. Please note that a medical release form from your doctor may be required prior to this session.

  • Medical History
  • Personal Fitness Assessment (may include some or all of the following):
    • Cardiovascular Endurance
    • Muscle Strength & Endurance
    • Flexibility
    • Balance
    • Body Composition Analysis
  • Discussion of Eating Habits
  • Discussion of Exercise Preferences
  • Goals and Milestone Setting
  • Next Steps

Subsequent sessions vary depending on your condition and goals, but generally include execution of an exercise program encompassing cardiovascular, resistance, flexibility and balance training. We also periodically discuss nutrition issues, determine if goals are being achieved and update your fitness program.

How do I prepare for my session?

  • Wear loose comfortable exercise clothing and appropriate footwear.
  • Bring a bottle of water and a towel.
  • Refrain from eating a large meal within 2 hours of exercising.
  • Please be on time for your session — if you are late, the session must still finish on time.

Session Fees*

Single Session: $55
Single Session with Follow-up Program: $80
Eight Prepaid Sessions: $400

Payment may be made via cash or check.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
