What can I expect from my sessions?The first session allows us to design a program tailored your needs and includes the following components. Please note that a medical release form from your doctor may be required prior to this session.
Subsequent sessions vary depending on your condition and goals, but generally include execution of an exercise program encompassing cardiovascular, resistance, flexibility and balance training. We also periodically discuss nutrition issues, determine if goals are being achieved and update your fitness program. How do I prepare for my session?
